What to Wear
Lightweight, loose fitting pants (preferably not jeans). Shirts without a collar (t-shirt) are best.  You will remain fully clothed throughout the entire session.

Will I Need Many Visits?
This depends on your individual condition.  Gigi typically sees three types of clients: Acute Pain (sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents, ankle sprains, post-surgical, etc), Chronic (persistent) Pain (osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, TMJ pain, headaches and so on) and General Health Maintenance.  At your first visit, we will discuss how many sessions may be indicated for you.  Usually people feel appreciable changes within a few sessions.  Constant communication will ensure you are receiving the most beneficial modality of care.
and Missed Appointments
Please remember if you need to cancel or change an appointment, a 24 Hour notice is required.  You will be charged a FULL FEE for cancellations with less than 24 Hour notice and for MISSED appointments.

Personal Health Questionnaire
It is well known our circulatory, nervous, musculoskeletal, organ and hormonal systems work together.  While many therapies traditionally treat these systems separately, this treatment views your body as an intelligent whole.  If any one part is overworked or out of balance it places a burden on the whole. This hands-on therapy gently feelsinterprets, and facilitates the natural activities of motion and fluid pressures within your soft tissues for better communication, regulation and adaptation of your body's systems.  Lowen Systems Dynamic Manual Interface is a gentle therapy utilizing a wide range of touch from subtle to deep. Specific hands on engagement and interface with your body's soft and connective tissues facilitates greater tissue mobility, improved biomechanics and system balance in your body.
